The Shed
The Shed is the architectural heart of Leonards Hill Estate — and where the real celebrating happens. With polished concrete floors, half-tinned walls, and black metal beams reaching up to high ceilings, it strikes that perfect balance between country character and contemporary refinement.
Comfortably seated for up to 130 guests or 200 cocktail style, The Shed works beautifully as a wedding reception, a conference space, a gala dinner, a product launch, or a milestone celebration. Pendant and festoon lighting create a warm, atmospheric glow as the evening settles in. A custom bar, large windows with countryside views, and five bathroom facilities throughout make it as practical as it is beautiful.

The Courtyard
The Courtyard sits right in front of The Shed — an intimate, sun-drenched space that transitions effortlessly between a ceremony setting, a welcome drinks area, or an outdoor breakout space for your event.
Wooden arbours, established feature trees, and carefully tended garden beds create a naturally beautiful backdrop. A portico with 100-year-old timber beams frames the space with warmth and character. For couples, this is where vows are exchanged as sunlight filters through the canopy. For event planners, it's where guests arrive, gather, and settle into the mood of the day.
Practical note: The Courtyard connects directly to The Shed — your guests flow naturally between the two without needing to navigate a separate path.
The Pavilion
The Pavilion is a beautiful all-weather marquee set amongst the natural surroundings of the estate — and it's included in every venue hire (valued at $3,000).
With clear walls that flood the space with natural light and deliver unobstructed views of the property, The Pavilion works as a cocktail hour space after a ceremony, a breakout area during a conference, or a standalone gathering space for smaller events. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, it doubles as a fully functional backup ceremony or event space — so you're never caught unprepared.
Practical note: The Pavilion comes with bar service capability and outdoor furniture. No extra hire required.
