Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Leonards Hill Estate Affiliate Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older.
- Affiliates must provide accurate and truthful information when participating in the Program.
2. How the Program Works
- An “Affiliate Referral” is a new client who books and confirms their wedding or event at Leonards Hill Estate as a direct result of your referral.
- A booking is considered confirmed once a signed contract and deposit have been received by Leonards Hill Estate.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
3. Rewards
For each confirmed booking attributed to your referral code:
- Weddings — $500 cash or $700 venue credit (venue hire only, not applicable to suppliers or additional services).
- Social & Corporate Events — $200 cash or $400 venue credit (venue hire only, not applicable to suppliers or additional services).
- The Affiliate may choose how to receive the reward:
a) Cash payment — the Referrer must provide their full legal name, address, and Australian bank account details in writing to receive payment. Payment will be made via bank transfer within 30 days of the referral being confirmed.
b) Venue credit — venue credit is valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Enrolment & Tracking
Affiliates must register via the official Affiliate App to participate.
Each Affiliate will be issued a unique referral code to share with potential clients.
To be eligible, referrals must use the Affiliate’s code when booking. Bookings without a valid code will not be credited.
5. Conditions
- A referral is only valid if the referred client is new to Leonards Hill Estate and has not previously enquired, toured, or booked.
- Only one Affiliate is eligible for a reward per booking. If multiple parties claim the same referral, the first verified referral received by Leonards Hill Estate will be deemed the valid Referrer.
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
- Rewards are non-transferable except where venue credit is gifted in writing to another person with prior approval from Leonards Hill Estate.
- Any tax implications arising from receiving a referral reward are the responsibility of the Referrer.
- Leonards Hill Estate reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if fraudulent, misleading, or unethical conduct is suspected in relation to a referral.
6. Privacy
Personal details collected for the Program will only be used to administer the referral reward and will be handled in accordance with Leonards Hill Estate’s Privacy Policy and Australian privacy law.
7. General
Leonards Hill Estate reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Program at any time with reasonable notice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
