One-Day Wedding

Our One-Day Wedding option is for couples who know exactly what they want and love the idea of bringing their own vision to life. You choose your caterers, you pick your styling, you create the vibe—and we provide the stunning country venue, all the essentials, and expert support to make it happen seamlessly. Think of it as your beautiful blank canvas, with all the infrastructure already in place.

Exclusive Use of The Estate

The venue is all yours for the day. Arrive in the morning to set everything up, celebrate through the afternoon and evening, and keep the party going until 10:30pm. No rush, no sharing spaces—just you and your guests.

Ceremony & Reception Spaces, Beautifully Set

Your ceremony and reception spaces come set up with elegant furniture, ready for you to add your own personal style.

You'll have:
ㆍ Up to 50 white cross-back ceremony chairs
ㆍ Up to 130 black cross-back reception chairs
ㆍ Up to 16 handmade trestle tables
ㆍ Signing table with 2 classic chairs
ㆍ Gift table and cake table
ㆍ Choice of cake stands and cake knife
ㆍ Complimentary use of our styling items and lawn games

Pavilion Cocktail Hour

From ceremony to celebration without missing a beat. Once you've said "I do," your guests can head straight to The Pavilion—our beautifully dressed marquee that becomes the perfect spot for post-ceremony drinks. With an outdoor bar, cocktail tables, cosy lounge areas, shaded umbrellas, and wine barrels with stools, everyone can relax and mingle while you're off capturing those special photos.

Professional Venue Support

Your venue manager will be there throughout the day, working with your vendors and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We'll also get all the venue details to your vendors well ahead of time.

Homestead Stay for the Night

End your perfect day with an overnight stay for up to six guests in our cosy on-site Homestead. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and everything you need to unwind and relive the best moments of your celebration.

Drinks Packages

Choosing your drinks package is a key part of planning your celebration. We run a fully-managed bar (not BYO), with drinks packages quoted separately from your venue hire. This is how we deliver a seamless, stress-free bar experience from start to finish.

The best part? Everything's included in your package. Your selected wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, 6 hours of professional bar service with experienced staff, premium glassware, ice, and our custom-built bar setup—we've got it all covered. You pick the package that suits your style, and we take care of the rest.

Drinks packages are priced per person, and we'll include this in your quote based on your guest numbers and drink selections.

We put real care into making our cocktails with fresh, quality ingredients. They're a great way to add something special to your reception and get everyone in the celebrating spirit.

4. Champagne Tower

Our champagne tower is a real showstopper. We stack the coupe glasses into a gorgeous structure and give you two bottles of Prosecco to pour yourselves—it's a fun moment that makes for amazing photos.

At Leonards Hill Estate, we believe every couple should have the freedom to design a menu that reflects their story—whether that's grazing tables, a woodfired feast, or an elegant plated dinner. Our self-catering approach gives you complete control to choose the caterers, food trucks, or chefs that suit your style, taste, and budget.

We provide:

Add an Extra Night: Evening Ease — $1,500

Want to arrive the day before and take all the pressure off your wedding morning? Evening Ease gives you an extra night in the Homestead plus early access to The Shed for styling and decorating at your own pace.

What's included:

ㆍ Extra night in the Homestead (up to 6 guests) the night before your wedding
ㆍ Early access to The Shed from 10 am for styling and setup
ㆍ More time to settle in, relax, and prepare without the rush
